Ministries

Biblical Counseling

We provide doctrinally sound, biblical counseling through Mr. Bob Dalberth who serves our local congregation. Bob comes to us through Hindsight Biblical Counseling and is available to any who have need. He holds regular office hours on Wednesdays at our Administrative offices at 7 Oak Place. If you would like to have more information, or to schedule an appointment, please contact Bob Dalberth at bobdalberth@mac.com or by phone at 646-584-2773.

Sunday Services

The Sunday Services Ministry desires to provide a caring and welcoming touch to Sunday worship services at Redeemer. The greeter, hospitality and usher teams all seek to meet the needs of the congregation and guests, facilitate worship service logistics and encourage fellowship through hospitality. Volunteers are always welcome to serve on these teams.

Encouragement

The Encouragement Ministry seeks to help individuals and families who are experiencing challenges (sickness, loss of a loved one, birth of a child) by providing encouragement in practical ways.

Nursing Home Ministry

The Nursing Home Ministry serves the elderly community at the Van Dyck Nursing Home by visiting with patients as well as singing hymns and praying with them. Join us monthly on the second Sunday of each month at 1:30 p.m. at the home located at 42 North Mountain Ave in Montclair.

Childrens Ministries

The Children’s Ministry desires that each child will experience the love of God from the covenant community and be nurtured and encouraged to live godly lives. We pray that each child will never live a day without knowing the Lord. There are Christian education classes for nursery through fourth grade during the services. Many volunteers are needed to minister to these precious blessings!

Mercy & Missions

The Mercy and Missions Ministry seeks to be a channel for congregants to participate in bringing mercy and justice to our community through serving its needs both physically and spiritually. Volunteers are needed to serve on the Mercy Ministry Team and in various opportunities throughout the year. The Missions Ministry seeks to uphold our missionaries in prayer.
